It's a service offered by d2h to its customers. They ask Rs. 500 or now Rs. 650 for a year and you can enjoy free technician visits and warranty on the remote control, whenever you need it in a year.

Honestly, does not deserve to be pricey, first they need to improve hardware and software plus remove bluish color tone on all standard definition channels. Yes, tey give goo number of channels but they need to have other things right too. Right now i find airtel to be best, dis tv will be good if they include all other no special SD and HD channels in base pack then no one would be closer to them. Rigt now even after paying Rs. 699 in dish tv on gets just 25 HD channels and many SD channels are out of pack too
