Yes Dishtv and d2h both ask for cust. ID in fb and twitter pages.
I think they should make RTN number compulsory for making any complaint or for plan changes.

But dishtv don't have Toll Free scheme otherwise they register every customers Mobile Number.

There should be lots of security check as it happens in Mobile. They should check Name/Address/DOB and last recharge amount.
After 4 month can I recharge? , is there any additional charge for that

Yes you can. they charge Rs 15 fine for not recharging. That's it and if your luck will be good they might offer ytou a better retention plan too .
