Yes. Under Super Gold pack still old footnote is there about kids channels removal but with expired date and no removal.

Yes. HD channels name aren't visible on SD box. And now PIX HD and &pictures HD LCNs also got removed from SD box.

So except TATA(SKY no DTH promotes HD channels to SD users.

Because Tata Sky has even stopped selling SD boxes.
