No it's till not. After Sarada Scam it has been sold out to another company by approval of Sudipto Sen.

Dyutiman Bro. I think Didi took charge of TARA channels. Hence peoples are more angry because Govt. is paying bills of these channels.

Well, being the father of a 10 year old son , I would say cartoon channels are really detrimental to one's growth.I used to disagree with this notion before, but now strongly believe in this.
