Frankly speaking i like TS policy of giving corresponding HD if you opt for SD a-la-carte with ur base package+HDAF, but the thing is they are having less no. of HD channels..

Yes and that's why they are behind dish tv and d2h in comparison to total no of HD channels

Can't Expect Much HD Channels In Tata Sky, They're Selective In It! And Space Problem Too!

Same As D2H Space Problem + Adding Popular HD Channels

I have one question.
If I recharge 7 days before due date do I get Rs. 15 credited in my account?
And if I recharge 3 times 100 before 7 days of due date, do I get 45 Rupees credited ?

Yes you can do that.

IndianMascot bro I am not asking about single HD a-la-carte channel...Eg. if i am in super gold pack + HDAF. where sony six HD is not not there as SD is not there so if i opt for sony six SD can i get six HD....I think this is what TS is doing if i am not wrong...I also think the answer is no, but pls. confirm as this is a confusing thing for CC or Nodal....

Yes. That's where I recharge. The dealer is 26 kms away from my town.
I recharge it form a mobile shop like an E-recharge. I will recharge 100 in a day, if I get 15 rupees of credit. I will recharge 100 rupees the other day, and if I don't get benifit second time then this idea is not a success.

Oxigen is just an aggregator. There are many other such aggregator in market. and Oxigen can be used to recharge all mobile and DTH recharges.

One Big Negative thing about Videocon d2h is that they do not take customer service seriously, like the recent example for the last 2 days as it was National Holiday so their team has not responded to tweets or facebook posts of customers and this is not the first time this happens always, they just take it easy specially on holidays and even when they r active they just just check the tweets or facebok posts max 3 or 4 times a day while if u see Tata Sky they take customer service so seriously that be it regular days or holidays they respond to each customers and check/respond to tweets every time, i have seen them work non-stop right from 9 AM to even 12 AM in the night. Guess Videocon d2h has taken their success for granted which will make them pay a heavy price. Even over the phone Videocon d2h customer care is not that good This is why Tata Sky is little costly as they r dead serious about Quality at each level.

Why didn't you tried their call centre or email option. I always get response from them.

I never like to use social media to rant my personal issues. Infact nobody care about anyone issue. Everyone is interested in their own problems.
