One Big Negative thing about Videocon d2h is that they do not take customer service seriously, like the recent example for the last 2 days as it was National Holiday so their team has not responded to tweets or facebook posts of customers and this is not the first time this happens always, they just take it easy specially on holidays and even when they r active they just just check the tweets or facebok posts max 3 or 4 times a day while if u see Tata Sky they take customer service so seriously that be it regular days or holidays they respond to each customers and check/respond to tweets every time, i have seen them work non-stop right from 9 AM to even 12 AM in the night. Guess Videocon d2h has taken their success for granted which will make them pay a heavy price. Even over the phone Videocon d2h customer care is not that good This is why Tata Sky is little costly as they r dead serious about Quality at each level.
