Not always. Depends upon nature of complaint. Once I emailed them on Sunday for addon removal and they replied within half an hour.

Yes. They have replied me any times within an hour. And some time never.

In fact for queries regarding package changes or upgrade/downgrade or add on changes, they reply real fast .But if your queries are technical in nature, it takes a little time.
