Yeah so better leave that point it would be great if STAR SPORTS exclusively produce matches in UHD only for d2h and TS and if d2h decides to step back then do whatever they wants to do with TS :D and if d2h take the feed then do whatever they wants to do with both :p
How can you even think like this bhai. Gulli danda ka game hai kya :p

Everything is done on paper and legal agreement. So, if both operators decide to share the telecast cost of UHD, then everything will be on paper and no one would back out.

Deepu bro board sells telecast rights to Broadcaster. And there are hell lot of rights including SD, HD, audio, Internet etc etc. After that they have nothing to do with how what when they earn from anywhere.

Its not about earning its about extra effort on Production because you not follow other Boards cricket you're not aware the fact that STAR SPORTS broadcast nothing when they implement their production on India's match and when they relay Ashes kind of series. Even right now STAR SPORTS Producing and Broadcasting India's Tour of Australia but they're taking feed from 9 Network and because of they wants to fit their Commentators they set a small a studio and 2 - 3 camera's in the Ground to Broadcast the match just to favour BCCI.

I think now D2H should launch 4k DVR to take on TS & to become first to launch 4K DVR.....
Most DVR users would prefer 4k DVR as they would not like to go away with DVR functionality.....

I think DVR HDD size should be 2 TB min........

Space is not an issue bro, already they had MPEG4 when they launched SD channels which saved 50 percent more space than MPEG2 , now they have HEVC which saves ''50 Percent more space than MPEG4''.

So if a MPEG2 SD channel took N amount of space an HD channel required N multiplied by 4 amount of space, they managed that in half for HD using MPEG4, now if an UHD channel requires double the space required for a HD channel so using HEVC they can run a UHD channel in same space as required for HD channel using MPEG4

We should appreciate both Tata Sky and d2h for their efforts to launch UHD service every company have their moto. TS and d2h having their moto. d2h wants to prove their tag line "Innovation on DNA" as they're moving to Foreign investment and might launch IPO so they want World to say that they're market leader in technology and yes they're.

Same with Tata Sky they want their ARPU to climb high and if they're launching UHD service for Premium peoples then whats the matter. No Premium people wants to see Carriage fee channel, FTA channels and its about money power whosoever earn more will spend according to it they're not launching UHD channel for their Fan boys and haters but whosoever want throw money and enjoy the service. Rather then quarrelling and differentiate between brands we should appreciate what TS and d2h did. Its a moment of joy because both company gonna achieving a new height in UHD division.
