Looks like d2h would not add HBO Premium channels. It's been already a lot of time and they are yet to add these/them.

They were using Indian feed, maybe that's why the rights would have have been withdrawn?

It might have been easy for star movies to launch the SL feed but they did not and hence the HBO channels might come on board later.
