It works like this, bro. If you would like to activate recordings feature, you will have to pay Rs.100 activation charge which also has 3 months of free recording subscription in it. (Rs30x3=90). So if you are on recording feature you will always have to be on recording to avoid 3 months of lockin period. If you deactivate in after 3months, and would like to activate USB recording you have to pay Rs.100 once again to activate and 3 months of recording feature.
Conclusion=Stay always on recording to pay 30 rupees per month, else pay 100 for 3 months.
