Then why DTH not adding huge demanded channels like NGC HD's & Fox life HD etc.?
MTV indies HD may have given more carriage fee as per my thinking till now.
& what about Dishtv carriage fee plans of HD channels as per their website?

it all depends upon the deal between the broadcaster and dth, We can see those channels in next deal renewing date.

that is for us, the rate for customers being charged.

May be because what broadcaster is asking would be costly deal for operators. After its operators who have to give millions to broadcasters and in return they expect profit. So, if their calculation didn't work, deal didn't get closed.
This applies to every DTH operator.

I think its per year carriage fee for channel.
& Its different for different LCN's.
Like premium LCN having 5 & 0 at last & like 111 etc.

Just click on it & download will start.
