I was called around 5 pm & customer care told me about HD access but, no information given about hd channels specially Travel XP HD.

No. since Travel XP is not having SD version on d2h, so it will remain exclusive in Platinum HD.

Its very bad.
Even after paying Rs.600+ pm, we can't get travel xp.
Very bad.
Now there is requirement of SD version as only it can survive us
