Got mail on stb now they are giving full detailed info abt acc. on stb..
Extra detailed add like name, city , pincode, add-on

That's good. So we can get more info on screen. But what's the use of city and pincode. Instead they should have provided last 5 transactions.

no. everytime. whenever i changed package or add a la carte or any add on it reflected. no matter whether my stb is off or on.

Your stb seems exceptional. Otherwise it don't work like this. I have confirmed about this with them long time back

whenever i do anything on my account, it automatically start reflecting on my stb.
if stb is off then also it gets updated. whenever i start my stb it always show, even after several hours.
