The new DVR box from TS, a DVR is a must for me, as I am most of the time not at home to catch my favorite programs...
The transfer box has a 500GB HDD, it provides the facility to transfer the recorded content to be watched on your mobile, tablet or laptop if you are connected to the same wireless network, without any internet usage.
Most importantly it has 3 tuners built in, the 3rd one needs to be activated through a software update, but when activated 3channels can be recorded simultaneously..
TS or D2H guys?
Wow! I didn't know they have such boxes. It sounds amazing. It means I can watch the recorded content on the other room via wireless network. It's great.
How much does it cost ?
That is where most Indian customers tend to step back, this box is costly, it comes at Rs. 9,300.
Pretty expensive. Packages are however not that expensive. 485+175= 660 rupees for the highest package with HD access. 608 in d2h for Platinum HD, but doesn't have 10 important channels in this pack, in fact on the platform, so 660 is pretty OK, I think.
Exactly, when you are opting for the highest pack all the DTH services' prices are similar..
But for the quality of the hardware and features I will get it..
Highest pack is ultraHD in TS.730 P.M.
