I want to change my dth from videocon to tata sky due to lack of hd channels.Only problem is I've balance remain of 4000 rs. Will I get refund money. Please reply

For me too they deducted 75 days benefit of 2 year Recharge+ Price protection amount + Timely Recharge bonus of Rs.15 too

Yeah. It's possible to get refund. I got a cheque within 2-3 days. But they will take all their equipments with them, in case of refunds.

Bro,
100% cannot be refunded
They will remove all benefits like long term Recharge, Price protection amount etc. all first.
Then they will send cheque of remaining money.
They will not offer single rupee for hardware.
They may take hardware also.

For me, I didn't given hardware to them.
I simply said, please keep it with me, in future, I will use it by Recharging
& now I am using it.

This is systematic procedure.
So wait till 7 days & then call them.
If not happens then write mail to [email protected]
