Can Indian IPTV and DTH Mobile TV app be used outside of India. My brother is in Australia and Indian DTH satellite foot print does not cover Australia (unlike Middle East or Malaysia ). I am trying to help him out.

I currently have Videocon but I am willing to change to any other DTH provider

Which DTH provider has a wide range of South Indian (Tamil) channels available through their mobile app?

i am not sure but channels might be blocked on dth app due to rights

It's a transfer of ownership process wherein you need to give your noc and other person documents to d2h officials and they will process the ownership change.
