His news is trusted but not the amount and date he had posted. We all know that Price Hike is happening but if we go by this unconfirmed news and consider 10th April it may turn out to be disaster if they applied new dates before. So, I am planning to recharge before 1st April.

And we all know that d2h is the worst operator in terms of providing such informations. They inform after changes are done unlike other companies who inform such changes before it happens.

I am still waiting for your Reply . Call centre has no info about price rise. I had called thrice and spoken to 3 different executives none was then have any information regarding new prices. So, Justify your news and sources.

long term is always better as you get price protection plus free service plus additional viewing days ... i do it 1/2 yearly most of the time .
Only draw back on a long term is you limit your option to change if something goes wrong... they have your money they can deduct for any dam reason....

Nope, 10% hike is confirmed. Price will be rounded off and almost all DTH will have similar hike. No more no less.

Till now all DTH operators were having Rs 200 as Basic package so again all will hike the amount by same pricing.

Well D2H is not protecting its users in Long term recharges. when the price of HD Pack is hiked i think all long term HD pack users had been not protected. they also paid the extra money. Correct me if i am wrong.
