Before Diwali #Jilla crew completes the japan shoot. After that Ilayathalapathy will do a dance together with Kajal Agarwal for a kuthu number based on madhurai slang in Mohan studio at saaligramam in chennai .After that he do dubbing portions for the film.Once he will complete the #Jilla portions and joint hands together with A.R.Murugadoss for 2014 project and story of that film based on one real incident which happened in India.

Two simultaneous crews for Vijay's Jilla

The shoots of Vijay's Jilla are set to happen simultaneously in Madurai as well as Chennai, from tomorrow onwards. In Madurai, some scenes and fight sequences would be canned and the likes of Sampath would take part in the same. In Chennai. a song sequence would be shot featuring Vijay and Kajal Agarwal. Raju Sundaram would be choreographing this number.

Priyan would be handling the camera for the Madurai segments while Jilla's official cinematographer Ganesh would be in charge of the Chennai shoot.

Recently, the team shot a song for 4 days in Japan and a famous temple and a landmark bamboo forest were among the locations that were covered.

Now coming to the exciting part, the Jilla team is on track with their Pongal release plans and they are also eyeing Friday, Jan 10th to release their movie.

Keen on releasing Jilla for Pongal 2014, the team is working hard to meet this deadline. In order to get the movie ready for its release, the filmmakers have decided to conduct the shooting in Madurai and Chennai simultaneously.
Yes, while a song sequence, choreographed by Raju Sundaram, with Vijay and Kajal Agarwal will be shot in Chennai by cinematographer Ganesh, a few scenes and a fight with some supporting actors and actresses will be shot in Madurai by lensman Priyan. Jilla is being produced by RB Choudhury of Super Good Films and the producers are leaving no stone unturned to get the movie hit the marquee on January 10th, 2014.
