I am D2H customer from last 2 years. But at last I decided to share my bad experience about their service with all of you. Last year I had done five year long term recharge for platinum pack in December 2013 online when pack price was RS 395. As result of this I paid them RS 23700 for 60 months. They credited my account to provide the benefit of 12 months and additional 3% due to online recharge. As a result of this my due date for recharge was 9 march 2020. Now their is price protection for this entire period. I was not expecting any problem from their side for this entire period. But proved wrong for me. First I experienced problem from them when the price was hiked to 410 rupees . Suddenly my account started showing due date 26 December 2019.I complained to them about it. They then added more credit to my account to provide price protection. Now again this has happened with me after the price of this pack has increased to 425.Even after four days of complaint and several discussions with their customer cares nothing has been done by them. I have even asked them that it is fault of your side that account balance is disturbed from account whenever their is price increase ,from account of all the customers who have done long term recharges to avail price protection. If they do not check their accounts then their due date always go on decrease whenever their is price increase of the pack. So I advise all the D2h users to keep close eyes on their accounts specially who have gone for long term recharges to avoid losses whenever their is price increase from their side, otherwise instead of price protection their accounts will be debited according to new prices. I have even asked them that I they are no able to solve this problem then they should return my money back after deducting charges for use period and take their set top box back.
