hi, problem is not solved, when I record a program still i get blank gaps in the recording and get the “Please wait while your STB synchronises the date and time with main server “ error message. I tried restarting STB and scanning TPs, but the problem is still there.
Is it possible for you to change my package from New South Platinum HD to ROI Platinum HD Pack. I want to see whether this will solve the recording problem.

Migrate from south to roi won't work.
1 st tell me this synchronization error occouring all the time OR only when you start recording? ?

I had the same problem a couple of days ago,I tried everything but nothing worked for me , finally d2h replaced my box and the problem was solved.I think it is a hardware problem in some of the boxes.If you are under warranty it will cost you nothing.

this synchronization error occurs only after i start recording, but after stooping the recording, in normal view also i get this problem until i restarts the STB
