I think his thought not match with the actual problem.
Problem is card not paired but he asked to change power adapter.

Warranty seal of two of them seemed to be re-taped.. When I told this to d2h guy he said that we install only fresh box and not repair ones and bla bla.
I was not in a mood to argue with him.
Current 2233 has warranty sticker intact.

Engineer once told me that their might be an issue with adapter :V
and yesterday he asked me to change the remote . :|
better accept the box if it is opened infront of you.

On Tata Sky they had a sticker or seal and was clearly written to not accept the box if seal is broken.

The engineer just came but he forgot to bring adapter (6666 box works with a 12V adapter.) :facepalm: He'll come again tomorrow.

He told me that that it would be his first instance of swapping a 6666 box. As It is only installed for new connections.

I also asked him why all the previous boxes which were swapped had warranty seal torn off?
He replied that the boxes used for swapping are generally repaired ones.

I said- Lagta hai Box bina repair kiye hi bhej dete hain d2h waale. -_-
