In present scenario when Dish TV is removing important channels, they may crack the less costly deal with Safari channel too like they cracked many regional channels and added them.

But Safari needs to give some amount of carriage fee its not easy to reach in dishtv

Yeah. Atleast they need to pay that much fee which is equivalent to transponder space rental and some profit to Dish TV to get themselves landed on their platform.

Even Reporter TV was telling the same thing initially now its available in most dth's

That's means its a gimmick from broadcasters too. This is a unique business. Both broadcater and operators have to plan lot of gimmick to make profit.
