Worst Experience while upgrading HD STB USB recording

Service of Videocon d2h is totally worst,
I want to upgrade SD to HD recording
so am called them on 22 oct they again and again disconnected the call
after 6 to 8 call then they booked Hd Stb and CC said that engineer will come 3.30pm on 23 oct but engineer can't come then I call again to CC they said engineer will come 6.30 pm but again he not come
then I call today morning again cc said that he will come today 6.00 pm
unfortunately he again not come
even no single call came from engineer that he will come or not
now they are saying engineer will come tomorrow 25 oct at 6.00 pm and they register a complain against Engineer
let's see if he will come then I continue to d2h otherwise am switch to local digi cable or other dth

am not expecting this kind of dull service from videocon.

How can they be so casual on festive days and that too for a product upgrade.

Tough time bro. Hope they action fast install before specified time line.

Even the unlimited recording facility in HD Box is also bogus. I have tried few months back. I set the timer of recording after one hour I checked no recording was happened. Now I quit from the service.
