I strongly feel that none of the Raw events are Live. It's not possible to have such polished editing in a live show. What they show is definitely a differed Live on TV or WWE Network.

Its got edited to us not too USA Network. Its a pure Live whatever you're getting in the net is also a edited version and WWE Network not airs RAW LIVE.

It would be delayed live in India...

I also think the same they might air RAW on their conventional repeat slot of 8 am. So it might be at Tuesday 8 am from 6th Jan.

Nope bro. I don't think so. It's definitely different. Last time I downloaded PPV which was from network and it was so polished that it doesn't look live.

Yeah I can understand that PPV is not live may be 4 - 5 min. delay because after Oven Harts death they're doing this for peculiarity measures.
