WWE RAW RESULTS - 10/19/15
“Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s music hits! WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin makes his way to the ring to a massive pop. This is his first time on RAW in four years according to the commentators. Austin soaks in the cheers and says it’s good to be back in Dallas. Back in 1989, he started his career in the Sportatorium. When they built the American Airlines Arena, they shipped him and The Rock in to break it in. Austin says, “If y’all here in Dallas are ready for Monday Night RAW, give me a ‘Hell yeah!’” The crowd responds in the affirmative. Austin then asks if they’re ready for WrestleMania 32 in Dallas, and the crowd responds that they are. Austin says he’s proud and glad to be back in Dallas. He’s stomped so many mudholes in this town and walked them dry, sometimes he has to drink a cold beer and reminisce about it all. Coming up in a few hours on the WWE Network, he’s got Brock Lesnar on the Stone Cold Podcast. That’s the bottom line because he said so.
Austin wants to introduce a man he has a lot of respect for. He’s one of a kind. Coming up this Sunday in a Hell in a Cell match, he’ll step in the ring to face Brock Lesnar for the last time. Austin introduces
The Undertaker! The Undertaker’s music hits, and the Demon from Death Valley makes his way to the ring to another massive pop. Undertaker slowly makes his way to the ring and gets in. The crowd chants his name. Austin already cut out of there, so it’s just Undertaker in the ring. Undertaker says, “Brock Lesnar, we have one last battle to fight, and listen when I say this, son: the depths of hell will look like the gates to heaven compared to where I’m going to take you this Sunday at Hell in a Cell.”
Brock Lesnar’s music hits, and he storms out to the stage with Paul Heyman in tow. Undertaker just stares at him. Heyman won’t let Lesnar go down to the ring. Heyman says, “Ladies and Deadman, my name is Paul Heyman, and I am the advocate for the Beast that shall be unleashed this Sunday inside Hell in a Cell, Brock Lesnar.” Heyman says he was just talking with his client about how fitting it is that both combatants will enter Hell in a Cell this Sunday consumed with the thought of revenge. His client wants to avenge that disputed, disgusting, tainted, illegitimate victory Undertaker scored over him at SummerSlam. Undertaker doesn’t want, need, or crave revenge. Undertaker lusts after the notion of avenging the fact that his client, Brock Lesnar, conquered his undefeated streak at WrestleMania. The crowd loudly boos that. This Sunday at Hell in a Cell, when the two of them fight for the very last time, his client will take his revenge upon him and then Undertaker will be forced to learn what it’s like to live or die with a tainted legacy. It’ll be a legacy of dominance over everyone else except the conqueror that took everything away from him, Brock Lesnar.
Undertaker says, “You see, that’s where your problem is because when you take everything from a man… when you take everything from a man, then that man ends up fighting with nothing to lose.” Undertaker removes his hat and jacket and motions for Lesnar to come into the ring. Lesnar starts to slowly walk down to the ring. Heyman begs Lesnar to stay back. Lesnar gets to the apron and jumps up to it. Heyman screams that this is not the right time. Lesnar then smiles and gets off the apron as the crowd boos him. Lesnar and Heyman back up the ramp. Undertaker stares at Lesnar before motioning that he’ll finish him. Undertaker’s music plays as the segment ends.
John Cena and The Dudley Boyz vs. The New Day
Winners by Pinfall: The New Day
The New Day celebrates in the ring before Cena and the Dudley’s break it up. Cena takes Woods down with an Attitude Adjustment as the rest of The New Day backs up the ramp. Cena then gets the Dudley’s to get the tables! D-Von sets it up as the crowd chants for the table. Cena and D-Von prop Woods on Bubba’s shoulders. Bubba then powerbombs Woods through the table off the second rope to a big pop! The rest of The New Day are screaming and crying on the ramp watching this. The Dudley Boyz and John Cena celebrate in the ring.
Nikki Bella and Alicia Fox w/ Brie Bella vs. Naomi and Sasha Banks w/ Tamina
Winners by Pinfall: Nikki Bella and Alicia Fox
Shawn Michaels’ music hits, and the Heartbreak Kid makes his way to the ring to a huge reception. An “HBK” chant breaks out. Michaels says as if making that run isn’t hard enough, he has pizza stuck in his throat. Hell in a Cell is clearly upon them. Michaels says he’s appeared in a cage and also been in a cell, but that was when he was younger. Both pale in comparison to being inside Hell in a Cell. Now some of the people may not know this, but many years ago he was in the first ever Hell in a Cell. Due to the fact that he’s been hit in the head a lot, he can’t remember who it was against. Oh yeah, it was The Undertaker. Amazingly eighteen years later, Undertaker will step back inside Hell in a Cell against Brock Lesnar, which he believes will be for the last time ever. As if that’s not enough, there will be another Hell in a Cell that night. After weeks of ridicule, Roman Reigns will have the opportunity to get his redemption inside Hell in a Cell. This Sunday, those two matches will tear the house down.
Seth Rollins’ music hits, and the WWE World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. Rollins gets in the ring and goes face-to-face with Michaels. Rollins smirks at him as the crowd buzzes for this moment. Rollins asks what Michaels is doing out here. Michaels knows what he was supposed to do when he came out here. Michaels was supposed to introduce the man, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Michaels was supposed to start the second hour of RAW by introducing him. Michaels says for twenty plus years, he has been given instructions back there, but as soon as he gets out here, it’s gone. Michaels wanted to have fun with the crowd. To be perfectly honest, they were having a great time before Rollins ruined the fun. Rollins says the orders didn’t come from him; they came from his best friend, Triple H. If Michaels doesn’t want to do what Triple H says, that’s fine. Michaels talking about Lesnar, Undertaker, Wyatt, and Reigns is silly. Michaels needs to talk about the man that will stop the show this Sunday. He should talk about the champion that’s taken on all comers and destroyed them all. This man is Shawn Michaels version two, but he’s better than the original. If Michaels wants to talk about Hell in a Cell, that’s fine, but he needs to talk about Seth Rollins.
Michaels says if he had a nickel for every guy that’s the next him, he’d be a billionaire. The thing that never seems to escape him is they aspire to be the next Shawn Michaels. Rollins is happy being version two. The difference between them is that it never occurred to him in his career to be the second coming of anybody. Michaels says he too busy becoming the greatest wrestler that ever lived. Michaels then mentions the seven-foot demon that’s about to get him. Rollins says he’s been a fan of Michaels his whole life, but Michaels is a little jealous. Rollins had a moment at WrestleMania that eclipses every moment in Michaels’ career. Rollins isn’t worried about Kane because he’ll be like everyone else that’s tried to take the title from him – down on the mat. Rollins says he’s done with Michaels before telling the technicians to hit his music. The music doesn’t come on. Michaels says the downside to being the second coming of something, they don’t just hit your music. Michaels then informs Rollins that he’ll face Ryback, next. Michaels then has them hit his music, and he dances off.
Seth Rollins vs. Ryback
Winner by Pinfall: Seth Rollins
Dolph Ziggler, Cesaro, and Neville vs. King Barrett, Rusev, and Sheamus
Winners by Pinfall: King Barrett, Rusev, and Sheamus
Ric Flair’s music hits, and he’s already in the ring. Flair smiles in the ring as the crowd gives him a big “WOO.” Flair says, “Dallas, Texas… WOO!” Flair says there’s a lot of history in this town. The Von Erich’s, Flair, and The Freebirds. The most exciting thing that’s about to happen is WrestleMania in the “Big D.” The WWE Universe will take over this town. Speaking of excitement, he just found out that Dean Ambrose is tagging up with his main man Roman Reigns.
Roman Reigns’ music hits, and he makes his way to the ring. The lights flash and when they come back on, The Wyatt Family is already at ringside. Erick Rowan is back with them. Luke Harper is not there. Reigns thanks Flair before turning to The Wyatt Family. Reigns says he’ll get two chairs. One is for him and one is for Wyatt. Reigns sets them up in the ring and sits in one. Reigns says if Wyatt doesn’t start anything, this wont’ be nothing. Reigns says he’s calling Wyatt out, and he better answer the call. Wyatt gets in the ring and sits in front of him. Reigns says he just wants to talk. Wyatt is a bully and likes to pick on people. The crowd is giving Reigns the “WHAT” treatment. Wyatt digs power by fear. Wyatt surrounds himself by the mountains because he’s scared to be alone. Reigns says he can see it in his eyes that he’s scared. Wyatt will make a signal to his family so they can kick his ass. They should talk about Hell in a Cell and how they’ll end this on Sunday. Wyatt’s family can’t get in, and Bray can’t get out. Wyatt should be afraid of Reigns. Reigns shoves him a few times before punching him. Reigns hits Rowan and Wyatt with chairs before Ambrose runs out to help. The Wyatt Family recovers at ringside.
Brie Bella w/ Nikki Bella and Alicia Fox vs. Charlotte w/ Becky Lynch
Winner by Submission: Charlotte
Mark Henry vs. Kevin Owens
Winner by Pinfall: Kevin Owens
Owens stands over Henry with the WWE Intercontinental Championship and talks trash. Ryback’s music hits, and he comes down to the ring to no reaction. Owens quickly bails out of the ring to avoid him. Henry grabs Owens and throws him into the ring. Ryback then viciously powerbombs Owens down. Owens is bleeding from the bridge of his nose.
Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins vs. The Wyatt Family
Winners by Disqualification: The Wyatt Family
Strowman grabs the kendo stick and breaks it over his knee. Strowman charges him, but Ambrose pulls the top rope down to get him out of the ring. Ambrose goes for a suicide dive, but Strowman catches him and gives him a spinebuster on the floor! The Wyatt Family triple-teams Ambrose until Reigns takes them out with a huge leaping plancha! Reigns throws Wyatt into the ring and spears him. Rowan is there out of nowhere. It seems like he missed his cue to cut that off. Reigns then spears Rowan down for good measure as Strowman pulls Wyatt out of the ring. Reigns and Ambrose stand tall in the ring.
