PPV started at 7 PM according to Standard Time of US, I don't know what was the exact time of San Francisco tat time.

I think what we saw in morning was Live feed from WWE Network as there were no advts and the advt were not Indian too.

In the evening they added Indian ads.

Yes all ads were of WWE only and it was good to see that PPV with minimal ads

WWE PPV never having any time slot for commercial tats a reason Ten Sports dropped the idea of Live PPV Broadcasting don't know what they thought to run Wrestlemania Live.

Lets see in 2 weeks they will run the promo of Extreme Rules if its gonna air at Morning then its fixed otherwise they might planning to bring only Top 4 Live PPV only.
