No i dont work for Zee or any media channel. But have many friends working there.
In Tamil Sun has such a lead that it's very difficult for anyone to bring it down. The fact that Sun is Pan India number one channel throughout the year (except major match days) makes it unassailable. Unless they goof-up themselves it's very difficult for other players.

As of now it's only about digital presence.
However as Zee bosses claim to become Indias biggest network it will have to come up with Tamil - Telugu - Kannada - Malayalam channels in South.

I hope they will delay this planning.
If you see Zee Media's official website, they don't update these logos till now, while Zee UP/UK logo already updated though channel is not yet launched officialy.
