for pic quality and 5.1 DD sound. Once you watch the HD you would not go back to watch SD channel once again and incase of me i would rather miss the SD contents than watching it in low quality..

No seriously this Nakali HD scheme is not Venkeitesh s game and I firm believe that ZEE were behind all such policy now why ZEE STUDIO and ZEE CAFE available in full screen, ZEE is the one who only has 5 HD channels then why and how they bring such concept. We already read a article of TEN NETWORK revamp and I think they may revamp TEN HD as TEN SPORTS but we may see all 5 sports channels at full screen if this will be case then ZEE may push all their channels according to full screen.

TEN Golf also coming in 16:9 aspect ratio from the day1.
