Finally got the funda solved
SD feed of both channels have been shut down. Now there is only HD feed which is running in Apstar Sat. The SD feed which used to come on Asiasat has been replaced by the downscaled HD feed from Zee End on Asiasat. So all DTH/MSO who were showing the SD feed are not getting the downscaled HD feed from Zee end (from asiasat satellite). They(zee) were running this downscaled HD feed of Zee Cafe in letter box end but now they have reverted to full screen

Its not downscaled feed as ads do not contain Zee Studio HD ads.
