Well I was using Zenega 6000 HD box and I found it slow and some times hanging up but after I have started using Arion no complaints the boot time is less channel change over is fast and I don't see it hanging and giving any issues still now. Earlier the Zenega box suddenly used to hang up and I have to switch from the mains to restart it but now now issues with Arion.

Well Maveli bro just request CC and they would do the needful. I did for colors hd and all and now I have all HD channels activated except sun HD channels. But yes tht reduced mine free period from two months to nearly one month odd.

Well for activating sun hd channels you need to subscribe to any of the 3 HD Addon package. I am currently getting full on HD package free for 1 month as part of upgrade offer.

But they are telling full on HD is not activated for me and so I cannot subscribe to Sun HD

Plus I have requested them to downgrade my SD package to Jumbo family from all sports. They have now messed my packages also. I am now being charged Rs 20 for my Malayalam alacarte which was supposed to be free with all packs

Yes, that's probably because they upgraded the Zenega Box software to enable usb recording.. For Arion it was already having.
