Quite disappointed with d2h's customer care executives. They don't have any information at all. And they also mislead customers. I was told that Universal Remote is still available and I will be able to get it. I ordered a replacement for my universal remote control and today I was delivered a normal remote.

It seems completely waste to call Customer Care now.
