I think so called south packs are just for namesake.....its all about eng channels that are present in lower packs...

If he settled in Odisha and he is from south obviously he will watch south regional channels as well as Odiya channels.Even in Kolkata also it is happening with many families.they watch Bengali as well as Telugu channels.

Free Regional Pack is there in North Pack too, I am not able to understand what South user will miss channel wise, only from budget prospective it will impact people otherwise TS packaging is very smart more then 50% regional channels remain Unsubscribed no matter whatsoever package you choose.

english channels. 2 regional free top ups you get in south base packs compared to north.

Rest 2 free regional top up available in North pack also.
Where South Users can choose South Language Top Up.
