If we interlink what he had said...i believe 95% of the TS customer will not be aware of TS moving to MPEG 4....i guess first they would start SMS the customers...also they might remove few channels which will be migrated to the MPEG 4...then automatically people will come to know that few of their channels are missing ...then they would give calls to CC...inturn TS might take the request to change the STB....

I also get a feeling that very soon TS might transmit few channels from MPEG 4 Transponders ...that they might change 1 or 2 transponder to MPEG 4 soon...
