Important LED vs LCD vs Plasma TV

Sorry bro, my LED is screwed now a days. Waiting for Salary to purchase new TV.

I am looking to buy a New TV but confused between LED, LCD and Plasma.

don't even think about sony it's just brand . LG make good IPS panel

I am planning for that only but came to know from a known knowledgeable friend that nowadays even LG is using samsung panel due to that recent sunami crisis.

I am using LG Plasma 42" TV for the last 2.5 Years.....no problem at all....now the price of LG plasma is Rs. 33,000....i gifted to my sister couple of weeks back.....

Offlate with respect 40 or 42" TV show room guys are not recommending LCD Tvs......

why ? what stupid reason they are giving ? i m using LCD / LED (what ever u called) since last two years no issue with it .

AFAIK LCD is differant from LED
LCD = Liquid-Crystal Display → LED = Light-Emitting Diode →

LED is bit costly when compared to LCD and Plasma....When compared to plasma & LCD i would recommend Plasma....
