I am facing the same issue since 10 days now.
Called up CC and setup the meeting. Stupid executive said that the disk might be faulty.
HD PVR box was replaced but the problem remained.....
clueless... I dont remember s/w being updated recently.
Any info on this topic will help as it is annoying to reboot box everyday//
I too have been facing the same issue for the last few weeks.
Today, I chatted with a TataSky CSR about this issue.
I was asked to check the power settings in my STB. The Auto stand by was "On" in my STB and I was asked to make it "off". I was told the issue will get resolved by this change.
You can access the Power Settings by pressing the Organizer button in the remote.
