For all who think Dish is not licensed for dolby look at this

Ive Arion Set Top Box and they are licensed

Licensed Dolby Manufacturers

Its a Manufacture list not operators.

Because of contract dispute. Its same like channels on the Package.

Zenega box is out of stock if you're lucky enough then you will get that.

So i am lucky because Zenega is not in the manufacturers list so even if Dish have dolby it wont provide DOlby

2 reasons :

First Dolby is absent in all those programs which do not have Dolby feed encoded while they were originally recorded.

Secondly when there is technical issue with encoders either from Broadcaster or operator end.
