Not like that Anirudha bro.broadcaster end is different story.but Dish TV should have license to provide Dolby sound via STB like other DTH .Any DTH service can not provide Dolby sound with out license of Dolby.Now only RDTV remains doesn't have Dolby license rest of the DTHs having Dolby license.In that article it is clearly mentioned that Dish TV and D2H also in discussions with Dolby.
Dish TV advertising also that they are giving Dolby 5.1 sound.by the way Zee has have the Dolby sound in Zee Studio HD.Zee doesn't want Dolby sound in Zee TVHD and Zee Cinema HD that is the reason they did not mix with Dolby sound.Even Star network also recently added Dolby digital plus sound in Star sports HD2.

They have not updated star sports HD2 and Gemini TV HD,Sony HD and Sony SIX HD.Zee studio HD given ads that they are providing Dolby digital sound at the time of launching.I think with out taking license how Zee TV gives ads publicly??same applicable to Dish TV and D2H.Yes..Dish TV is not mentioning Dolby name they are only saying "5.1" sound in EPG but D2H also directly saying Dolby digital sound.So with out license they can not do like this.
