It is......I added some additional info about DIVX-High Efficiency Video Compression technology ultimately related to Bandwidth(4K) and it's licencing, as point is similar to Dolby Licensing.
But E.O.D. Video consists of 2 signals(Picture Signal+ Audio Signal)So What do you say?

In my opinion, Since Dolby Digital Plus has it's own popular standards and Sound Quality, it will come separately in addition to UHD4K Video Signal in future as well.

No IM bhai.Not like that.all will decode Dolby digital sound only.

1) Whether All DTH have Dolby Digital Setting present under Sound Mode setting?
2) Are they advertising it officially of providing Dolby Digital 5.1 in their website,Product Spec manual,under S/w with logo?
3) Are they currently Decoding Dolby Digital? If yes, then why it is not officially advertised.?That means they Not.
4) Any Rigid info about DTH's partnership with Dolby Digital on their website?

May be, they are not giving Dolby Digital in All HD channels (some from Broadcaster's itself not providing) that's why not Advertising officially.

Satellite experts have already confirmed this at transponder level bro which channel have Dolby and which haven't.

Tata sky isn't showing Dolby logo in Zee HD channels because they don't carry Dolby feed. Where Star HD channels carry Dolby logo because channel itself claims its available in Dolby

Now Dolby digital becomes very old(of course it is very new in HD channels).Dolby digital added first in DVDs,after that DTS has come in Blurays..now New sound will comeup with Bluray 4k but dont know which sound will come.Same I think for UHD content DTS will be introduce in channels.This is my guess only.

D2H saying that they are giving HDD sound.hathway also saying the same.But Dolby website showing that they are Dolby partners.So lot of confusion is there.
