You need to escalate this issue with snapdeal only ... And not directly with micromax because they were seller and its there responsibility to provide you defect free product as per your order.... Please post it on their FB their social media team is very prompt ..... Explain them full situation without hiding any thing ... Leave your number and ask them to call back.... Be assertive but not aggressive when you speak with them.... I am sure they will replace your LED also you can claim compensation from Snapdeal for the agony you faced... Last time I had a annoying incident with SD they send their apology with 1000 INR voucher on my account... All the best......

This is what I fear most from the these kind of people.....They just want to do quick business & earn bucks without investing in goodwill....

I think here Snapdeal should replace the TV with same model along with apology....
vrj I suggest you to also send letter to Snapdeal & Micromax with registered post, just to have some proof with you. Also along with emails FB / Twiter posts might help resolve the issue.

I wonder how this situation would be compared, when one visits a showroom, checks TV models & then buy peacefully....instead of wasting 2-3 week following with SD / MMX.....

My experience is that there are few dealers in the city whose showroom is small but they offer great discounts comparable to online shopping. Last year at the time of Diwali, I checked & found such dealers who even challenged me to check & compare the price offered by him anywhere & was ready to give delivery anywhere in MH.

I have sent countless mails now to snapdeal. Finally today one of the call center guys said he would arrange fro reverse pickup, but again i haven't got anything about this from them on email :( Have posted on their FB page and also tweeted the same. Will write a mail to Kunal Bahl as a last resort if nothing happens by tomorrow. He's claimed to be the Iron Man of Indian eCommerce, the only founder who shares his email ID on National News Channel :)

Don't get deterred by such issues I have taken many battles with these so called big companies .... Currently I am fighting 3 different battles because of service issues with Myntra Hyundai and videocon D2H ... The escalation is at senior level in all three companies.... Trust if you have right logic and tour are true no one can cheat you ....

Mi TV 2 of Xiaomi is a great TV ! Waiting for its launch in India. It's a 40 inch Full HD SmartTV at 20000 rupees or 1999 RMB
