for any manufacturing company QC us a must without validation product cannot go in the market.... I doubt if there could be error from micromax it could be purely transit damage/storage/handling damage... Flipkart/snapdeal both are reputed retailers & are very sensitive to customer complains.... All you need to do is put your information correctly to the represent ...

Recently I had issue with my D2h.., had escalated the issues it was both in line of finance and service,... Took me good 2hour to reach the right person .... Mr, Dilbagh Singh.... He is business manager and backend operation .... He took 24 hour to resolve my issue... Post escalation I was getting calls almost every hour from d2h with updates .... I have his direct mobile no I can provide it on the forum but I think it would not be appropriate to make some one personal number public...

Flipkart replaced my LED within days for a minor complaint... Plus there was another dispute on EMI which I had taken up with flipkart for the same LED ...they took 10days to resolve it post with they refunded additional 10% of the LED value as I claimed compensation for the hardship and time I spend with them on calls
SNAPDEAL offered me a credit of INR 1000 for delayed delivery of a mobile phone....
Couple of year ago i had a product issue with L'Oreal on performance .... They took the product back ...i threatened them that I will escalate the issue further they acknowledged my concern refunded the money sent me a big hamper with apology letter....
Taking up one issue with Hyundai now ... Again on service have a call with their service team tomorrow.... Lets see

I recently purchased lavie handbag from myntra ... In sale day it said one size.... When I received the bag it was small then what showed in the pic... The dispute is on term one size... As the same product was available in different size on myntra but they sent the smallest... The issue is still under discussion ....
I would just like to say please stand up for your rights... If you have the guts these companies can never take you for granted ... Cheers ....

Apart from these are many few other incident where in i have taken up service battles with so called big bullies .... currently one of them is with Hyundai i would not like to disclose the details of the incident now as this might impact their brand if the charges are not vetted ... D2H issue is almost resolved .... All i would like to say is please raise your voice as a consumer & do not take any Sh**t from these companies

Well friends 2 more battles won ...
Incident 1
I recharged my D2H account on 22nd April with an amount of 590 via my credit card.... the first transaction failed because of payment gateway issue ... tried again again transaction failed because of payment gateway issue both incident the amount got debited through my account but not credited to D2H account .... again on same day in the evening i attempted third transaction this time with net banking same result amount got debited and not credited to D2H account ... thus i had a total debit of INR 1770/- but nothing credited to D2H account ... called up D2H customer care as usual the morons had no clue what i was talking and asked me to wait for 72 Hours ... on that day i was forced to recharge through a 3rd party website for a amount of INR 100 as if i would not have recharged my connection would had been barred....
Next day i called CC again took them to task ... had 4 level of escalation before i reached to a sensible gentleman who understood my concern & promised to resolve my issue ... by 23rd Afternoon i got a confirmation from D2H that all the amount has been credited to my D2H account .... i.e. INR 1770/-... i did not wanted to maintain such high balance on my account thus i asked them to reverse 2 transaction & keep one transaction with them ..... to my horror next day i see all the transaction getting reversed and again my account balance was around INR 25/- i was totally furious ... i had called up the CC and gave them a piece of mind .... i had lost my patience by that time ... they made me speak to Mr. Dilbagh Singh.... He apologized and assured that the issue would be resolved by EOD 25th ... He said till the time the issue is not resolved they will not disconnect my connection & will ensure full & smooth refund ....
By EOD i got a confirmation from D2H that refund has been initiated & would reflect in my account in 7 to 10 working days... I had claimed compensation from D2H for wasting my time and causing discomfort .. they offered me a complimentary recharge of INR 400 in my account.....
Now i am waiting for the refund to happen...

Incident 2

Myntra for misleading customer credited amount of INR 2372 to my account .... There was discrepancy on the product size & they had no argument to justify why they were selling same product under 2 different product codes with different prices yet all products were categorized as onesize

The incident with Hyundai is currently on my favor they are seeking time until 30th April for resolution.... Will give further details once i get a resolution

Friends I guess this model is now discontinued now... Major e retailer are going out of stock only snapdeal is selling few odd pieces but rates are 44k now..... Checked the new variant of micromax 50 .... Led was not impressed m... Totally not worth money .... Quality is below average .... So look before u buy ....
