Wait till World Cup basically dishtv is known for giving such offers during mega cricket season.
There was some offer going on for Dishtv since last month ...SD @ 590 rs & HD @ 990 rs for new connection without any pack....Pls check if its still available with dealer. I also saw info on ad posting sites...
I thing Dishtv now wants to grab as many customers as possible because once other DTH start channel addition after getting sat TP space then it would become difficult for Dishtv to compete.
