This is with regards to my account. You sorted my issue last time hence expecting you to sort it this time too. As at ground level the call centre has standard reply.
I had raised a complaint where my mirror connection I charged a Rs.175/ HD channel offer in Feb 2018 and was told it is 1 month pay and 1 month free. But yet I was charged last month and my usual Rs.886/- charge for both my primary and mirror connection expired soon. I have not received any reply from the team on this.
Next issue is I recharged monthly rent of Rs.886/ on 14th April 2018 and I assume it's a monthly recharge (30days) but am asked to pay as on 10th may 2018 I. E in 26 days.
