help me choose between 2 hd dth

i need dvr for my self, sd stb for hotel. but getting discount if i buy one dvr with 20 sd stb for hotel, the dvr will be seperate from commercial plan.

We have Already told you everything about all dth. Now it's upto you to choose bro. Either ho for good discount or good features. If Airtel is providing both, you will get everything you want. Don't bother about quality. It's almost same in all DTH operators.

what about SD Channels PQ ?

it depends on the channels, some got good pq while avg and worst. it has some pinkish tint on all SD channels.

For commercial places you have to bought Decoders from Broadcasters not DTH, DTH companies will fixed the connections because they only care about money if someone complain about your connections you will face trouble in near about future.

Yes, I was also skeptical about commercial connections but recently trai passed the recommendation that commercial and residential customers are not different and should be treated same by dth and mso. Currently also I pay 200 per tv to my cable operator.

Very tricky at one hand they're saying hotels can pay according to the ordinary subscribers and at other hand they're saying they have to take a permission if hotels are charging for specific programs.

Why my friends not suggested for DISH TV HD? I am a D2H user but really don't know why people not suggest to take DISH TV. What is the draw back of the company. Where as the maximum numbers of SD and HD Channels they are giving. Please explain.

Dyutiman Bro. Surely dishtv carries ego don't know who is next in the line now today only they added all STAR SPORTS channels but removed SONY PIX from my pack also they increases the base pack price surely such move is not good for those who wants hassle free service. So can't say they stop fighting with Broadcasters are not.
Technology wise they're far behind with competitors, No DVR, Double Tuner Recorder, DD Sounds.

I think now dish tv also in competition of hd segment. Introducing all hd channels in one pack plus star sport hd channels are great move by dish tv. Now only problem of double tuner and if dish tv want it will be sort out cleverly but need some investment to cool new tp from ses 8.
