really?? coz i recently visited my friend who is having d2h hd and i found more clarity and less pixelation than tata sky...

If you are already convinced with picture quality then no reason to ask about it here bro. After all its you who needs to watch and get convinced.

PQ also depends on TV settings if you're smart enough you can beat any DTH with DD Free Dish PQ.
Technology wise every DTH using MPEG 4 technology for the HD channels, SUN DIRECT and I think airtel using the old MPEG 4 DVB S technology I am not quite sure but rest every DTH having MPEG 4 DVB S2 compression technology for HD channels.

yup...but that was on different tv, u guys who have both the connections are more knowledgeable about the differences. Im now more interested in d2h coz i will be installing dth stb for commercial use in my hotel and today the area sales head came to my place and gave me discount for the same and also he offered me to give 556 model for my home free of cost...(not a dvr) he told max he could less rs. 2500 on dvr but the bad review about it didnt made me agree to do so...
no he told he will provide multi tv conncetions not mdu coz min req for mdu is 50 tvs
ive contacted all the dth's except reliance and all told me for multi-tv as i have less rooms i.e. 20.
and now the confusions starts as to which dth company should i go for....
the most active dth company for my requirement was d2h and sundirect. tata sky was the least concerned, called cust care and was told that i will receive a call but didn't for at least 1 month, then mailed to nodal officer and finally got a call from my area sales manager..

commercial connection but the packages are same as individual connection...
