Being bugged and cribby is one thing... escalating the issue and finding a resolution is called being progressive. I was facing the issue which was discussed in this thread. Yesterday night i had send a email from my official ID to nodal officer keeping the Big daddy of D2H in copy. I got a call at 10 AM today morning from Mr. Rajesh Shani who is the Service Head for north region for D2H . I had a brief discussion with him on the issue. He accepted the fact that due to new Software update OTA few STB have developed lag issues, he assured that the issue would be resolved via replacement of STB which has been upgraded inhouse via computer. He assured me that the service engineer would visit my house at a convenient time to check & replace the STB. He wanted to visit my house now but as i am in office i have advised him to come in the evening.
