Yes before returning a technician visits.

Also make sure you don't open TV package by your own let their technician do everything.

Frankly speaking better to go with brand name especially samsung or LG..Wo kehte hai naa sasta roe bar bar mehnga roe ek bar..Because after service is most important thing when it comes to electronic items.. I gave you my eg. I purchased toshiba led some 6 odd years ago..At that time LED was new thing..but as the brand was new / rejuvenated i got led in lcd price i brought 26 k for 32" tv in exchange with 3 years warranty..I was in financial crisis that time as i spent more on home renovation..So this deal was good for me moneysaver acually..LCD ke daam me LED..Also the final decision was of my dad..Now i m facing the problem that few white lines are coming in between on the bottom side...The CC gave me no. of another agency..The technician came..After the inspection the amount he told mujhe bas heart attack aana baaki tha...He said 25 k for chaing the panel...Now a days i am searching for a better exchange offer..
So better to go with the brand..Dont go for nalla brand..

Hi IndianMascot The only negative about the LG unit you shared is about the number of ports. It is my preference to have at least 3, but for normal viewing I suggest 2 HDMI ports. This one has only 1 port which means if you were to connect a Bluray/Gaming Console, you would have to unplug the existing cable.
If you use more than one connections this would not be a good idea for the long run.

I see you have chosen a 43" display, would a 40" be okay for suggestion?
Samsung 40J5100 has 40" FHD display. 2 HDMI + 2 USB Supports both Dolby and DTS. Rs. 35,990/-
Panasonic TH-43D350DX 43" FHD, 3 HDMI + 2 USB, Ambient Sensor Rs. 32,490/-

Do look at these if you haven't made up your mind yet.

i completely agree with you. Infact i was looking more LED having more than 2 HDMI ports. But couldn't find any at this price.

Reason to go for LG and not panasonic or any other brand because as i told earlier i want to keep options open for 4K LED which i can later on get in exchange which Flipkart is offering 20K.

I already have one Samsung and hence this time i want to try LG.
