But I dont think there is a need of update for ts hd+ users as all ts hd+ users is getting that vertical tp channel with no issues so they want to know how many of them is having issues with that

All STB's will be updated. SD is already done, HD is being done, HD+ is next. It being done so that settings are updated for new transponders of Asiaat. Software updates r needed for many things like fixing bugs, adding new features and adding additional settings for transponders

But why to take so much time in updating for ts hd+ users if they can do for sd and hd users then why cant for hd+ users

Sanjeev bro, it started 20 days back and wil be completed in next few days. What are u thinking that they do software update for each stb and then wait till it ends and start another? No bro, it is done in big batches acc to model and type of stb
