it is part of videocon only.,

But on payment it shows company name as budik telecom and googling that some news articles dating 3-4yrs back shows that it's a dealer.

really, then why "about us" takes to videocon d2h website?

That's confusing. In contact us as well they are showing the videocon registered address.
Something really suspicious going on.

Its a subsidiary buddy, remember year ago Videocon d2h's group name was "Bharat Business Channel Ltd" then changed to Videocon d2h, basically all these groups utilizes black money by giving different - different names to the source company and brand name remains same by which we easily able to identifies.

Ex. DishOnline fully run by ditto TV but its a subsidiary of dishtv.

Ex. 2 days ago Star Sports bought the media rights from BCCI of a whoopy price but Star Sports, Star India nor Fox bid but a different subsidiary called "Novi Digital" bided so question arise who owns "Novi Digital" suddenly not Murdoch

Its all about utilizing black money from foreign and making it white via subsidiary.
