I recharged for 1 year long duration pack on 3rd February, then the park's validity was correct, but yesterday I noticed that the new validity is reduced almost 20 to 25 days, Now I m in New South Gold Pack & the daily burn rate is 8.61 rupee according to my calculation, I can't understand it, PLZ help...

you write to d2h officials regarding this and the balance would be deducted.
I recharged for Super Gold 1 year and I am getting price protection even on Platinum HD. My validity hasn't changed after the 40 rupees increase in Platinum HD.

I mailed them & they rectify the issue, Now my new recharge date Is April 15, 2016
I am curious to know whether these kind of things happen automatically or system does something by itself to somehow raise ARPU level...............

Whenever price hike had happened, everyone had to contact d2h officials till now for price protection. So I think it's not an automated thing and only those who report get the benefit. Others might end up paying more.
