it is all d2h fault, as new software wasnt able to cope with the old RAM and chips hence they are burnt out.

So for consolation they are not taking any charge be it visiting charge or any other charge

I have got 2 STB replacements and installation of bigger dish free of cost.I make it sure to tell them that I am not going to pay a single penny.I confirm it before giving appointment to the service engineer.

Yeah I told to engineer that anything charge for STB??.. He just gone away after replace my stb

also I have registered complaint on website that my STB dead after software update..may be for that reason not charged anything

some member was right that they replacing stb for free

Great. So you too got free replacement. That means they are replacing it for all software failed boxes.
