Yesterday I talked to senior supervisor regarding same issue
They said, they can't add channels without knowing its need, popularity & its type(carriage fee/paid ones)
So they are not adding good channels like & TV HD, Max HD etc.

Although these are famous channels, Their attitude is not to add these channels as of now due to less profit to them
